Ginger tea

Grate about 1 tsp of fresh ginger for each cup of water (1 very large mug is approximately 2 cups). Add grated ginger and water to a pan, and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes. This type of tea needs sweetness to bring out the flavor. Serve with honey.
