Vietnamese Salad Rolls made with the same ingredients as the Vietnamese Noodle Combo and rice paper wrappers. We made these informally at the table.
If the carrot and daikon salad and Vietnamese Must-Have Table sauce are made ahead of time, then this is doable as a fast weeknight meal.
