Roasted Korean Chestnut Sweet Potatoes

Korean sweet potatoes taste like chestnuts. They are a special type of sweet potatoes that can only be found in Korean or Asian markets.

Preheat oven to 425 F. Wash the sweet potatoes well. Dry throughly. Place potatoes in a cast iron pan, and roast until soft, turning occasionally (I roasted mine for 30 minutes).
