Stir-Fried Napa Cabbage with Dried Shrimp

Recipe for "Stir-Fried Napa Cabbage" from Kenneth Lo’s “The Top One Hundred Chinese Dishes”.  I choose to make this dish because I wanted to make a really quick and simple vegetable dish that needed very few ingredients or prep.  I was originally thinking of just stir-frying some napa cabbage in just some oil, but I found this recipe and decided to try it.  Some people may find that the shrimp and fish paste makes a pungent taste.

I made the full recipe with 1 lbs of napa cabbage, which was about 1/2 of my napa cabbage.  I minced my ground shrimp using a knife.  I also used minced ginger.
