Recipe: "Peas, Bacon, and Ricotta Sauce" from "Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking" by Marcella Hazan.
Rating: Okay. This would be nicer with a sauce that coats the pasta a bit more.
Status: William made this once (I picked out the recipe because I thought it would be fast and easy and because I thought we would have the ingredients around).
Additional Notes: You should leave some of the ricotta in large chunks, and you probably will want to add some salt to this pasta. I like mine with red pepper flakes sprinkled on top.
